The financial statements for all nonprofits tell a story: Where they are, where they've been and where they're going. For those women who typically shy away from the Financial Review section of the grant review process, this 101 session will 'demystify' those statements and debunk some standard myths associated with overhead expenses.
Delivered via a panel discussion and Q&A format, attendees will have an opportunity to understand how their own personal financial statements relate to those of a nonprofit's, review some common documents and terminology used, as well as identify some red-flags that might be embedded within the "story of the statements."
